Poor Delivery

As usual i always received good service from Takealot.com The last order i placed, went well, the following day, i received my SMS saying package will be delivered before 17:00. The day passed, no delivery. (this was Thusday) On Friday no delivery. On monday morning went to the website, where all contact details have been removed, even the phone numbers on google has been changed to ********** 000. after a major struggle, i got the contact us page where you can fill in the details, the page crashed for about 5 times before it went through. so a guy emailed said my package should have been delivered. after numerous emails up and down he stated they have changed courier companies, and then just stopped responding when i asked when the package will be delivered. This afternoon I received an SMS stating it will be delivered before 19:00. After 18:00 a guy phones me from a private number saying he is here to deliver the package. Seriously, its long past office hours.... so still my package has not been delivered. WHAT IS GOING ON TAKEALOT?
