Poor Customer Treatment Takealot!

I purchased two screen masks and one arrived without earsupports which are essential for wearing. The complaint was rejected as it was longer than their one week timescale. In terms of the consumer act , goods not fit for purpose should be replaced up to 6 months not withstanding the Seller’s conditions. Have stopped buying from them..
