Poor customer support Takelot.com

<p>I bought a cellphone from Takelot but cannot use the warranty as Takelot refuses to provide me an invoice or proof of payment with the cellphone's IMEI number on it. Considering Takelot supports the Samsung warranty it is unacceptable that a customer cannot obtain this for insurance/warranty use.</p>
