Poor Customer Support

I recently bought a phone on Takealot, The Phones just stopped working, I returned the phone it is a week later I haven't heard about Takealot, I have phoned and send multiple mails nobody can tell me where the phone is or whats happening its already a week later and I need the phone for my business!
