Poor customer services of Takealot

Im soooo furious...the worst customer services ive ever experienced with them and been a client with Takealoy for years. I bought a laptop in Feb...When received laptop it was faulty..Returned the laptop on 22 February 2023 at the Northumberland Pickup /drop off point...Till today have npt received my laptop..every week ive been calling all im getting is "i will speak to thw relevant departmwnt" and everything falls into a black hole..Now i need to work, must get paid..how without resources..I've been on hold with a consultant for 1h45 minutes today 17/03/2023...i had to drop it because noooo feedback whatsoever....I want my mkney back...i do not want a refund as will no longer using Takealot ever again i will go buy it somewhere else...Such disgusting customer services...im appauled
