Poor customer services

i purchase two items different times, a laptop a laptop was purchased on the 17th of January 2020 and i returned it two weeks after,ref no; RRN-9834-da4a when i realised that it had issues, nothing was ever resolved instead they bring it back with the same issues and i return it back still, it has been 8 months NO REFUND whatsover. i have tried calling and sending emails that i need my money back as i was not happy with the product, still nothing.

2nd product was a Huawei phone ref: RRN-fab6-c817 i returned the phone a day after t was delivered and told them that i do not want the phone anymore as it does not use google services and still they declined and forces me to use the phone i do not want. all i need is my money back so that i can purchase something i will be happy with.

the experience and service i have been receiving regarding the above two products are really poor. all i need is someone to really hear my cry and refund me back my monies please.
