Poor customer service,I want my refund

I canceled my order 2 weeks ago,but it has not been successfully canceled on their system so they can't give me my refund.I have been calling everyday but they are giving me the runaround...everytime I call they say they are escalating the matter but they are not doing anything yoh,takealot has poor customer service and they don't care
