Poor customer service Takealot.com

On November 30,2020 I bought a Turtle beach *****th 600x on takealot. This headset is on the pricy side hence we took excellent care of it and dont have it lying around or extend the head piece haphazardly. A month ago we found that the headset is not as fitting as it used to but this week we found the cause, the plastic part of the headset has started to crack. This is a very pricy headset with good reviews and is suppose to be in excellent quality, so why with taking care of it would this still happen less than 6 months later (not to mention that we had to reset it twice as it would not switch off as per normal), we returned it to takealot and they reviewed it and declined the return. Now, we did not neglect it or abuse it or use it incorrectly ( we watch a few videos on how to use it and read instructions). I love shopping on takealot and I love the service, but this was a very unpleasant experience with takealot and they are shipping the broken item back to us.
