Poor Customer Service & Return Processes

I ordered a TV from Takealot.com which upon opening I discovered the screen to been smashed. I reached out to Customer Service only to receive a careless and very generic response, which in itself was of no assistance due to the fact that the item is considered a "non-returnable" item.

I responded immediately explaining the predicament, and that I could not submit a return request as the item could not be selected, but its now two days later and .... crickets ...

Hate to have to resort to submitting a negative review here, but not sure how else to proceed from here.
