Poor customer service received by takealot for refunds

Poor service received by takealot. This company used to have one of the best priced items with amazing service. I logged in multiple requests to query a refund ticket for a refund that consisted of two items and had only one item of the two with a ticket submitted for a refund. I was credited for this one item to my bank account and if whoever was processing my refund ticket did the right job I wouldn't have to put this request in!!!!!! It's been more than 6 days and no one responds. Disappointing TAKEALOT!!!!!!!!! Definitely would not consider proceeding with them again. Poor customer service and horrible price hikes for basic items.
