Poor customer service on returns and refunds

Refund and return procedures is the pits. I bought an item. Their sizing was inaccurate. I returned it asking for an exchange because the product was out of stock they would credit my takealot account. They sent me an email saying they credited my account . However it's a week later and they haven't. When I query they say it's being escalated. I just want the product even if it's a different one not even the money no...m worst customer service experience ever
