Poor customer service, on Incorrect product delivered.

I have purchased a child feeding set, and the incorrect set was delivered. I have been trying to raise my complaint with them and is like the blind is leading the blind. No one know what's happening. Why must I beg takealot.com to deliver the correct products to me. Why would someone chose to change the choice of products that I bought without my consent. There has been a back and forth on emails with no resolution.

All I have asked is asked, is for the product product to be delivered.

Takealot.com has become arrogant and think they own the market and this is reflected by the poor quality of service that is being provided. That is also visible on the level of Incompetency of staff as they are not customer centric and they purely just don't care about serving customers.

Not even a courtesy call nor email to keep me updated. Why they reply on email, you will see that they are not applying their mind.
