POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-MISSING ITEMS

All is well with takealot.com until they don't deliver all items bought. I've placed an item in my cart for much cheaper and more item, when a wanted to check out the following day, it is surprisingly not available anymore, okay I guess let's order what they do have, same combo of less items. High heat ceramic hot comb, adjustable elastic band & hair wax stick. This mind you was suppose to be a gift for a colleague of mine. I ordered well ahead of time but when I got my delivery only the hot comb was there. I called them spoke to the most rude customer consultant(Sipho) explained my story he put me on hold for 15mins and dropped the call. I called but surprise, surprise Sipho again, when he heard it was me dropped the call on me again. I called back again spoke to a friendly, kind person this time Mnikelo, promised me he will help and report Sipho. I suppose it was all out of Mnikelo's hands now as he escalated the matter. I told them I need my delivery ASAP the very same day as Mnikelo explained they do have stock and he can't see why it was not delivered in the 1st place. I've tried several times to call back, send follow-up email, with no luck. So thanks for nothing takealot. So embarrassing have to tell this lady, sorry I know it's not what you asked for, as she told me exactly what she wanted and where to get it from. POOR SERVICE, just because you making big bucks from us does not give you the right to treat us with suck a lack of respect!!!
