Poor Customer Service, Inefficient Courier Service

Order: ********** 5 I placed an order online for a LED nail machine for my niece. I filled in the address and paid for the order. The courier service delivered the product to an address that i had saved in my address book on my Takealot profile instead of the one i had filled in. I received an email stating that the product was successfully delivered to the address that I placed the order on, however this was not the case as it was delivered to other address. I called in many times receiving reference numbers for all my calls and emails. These consultants said that were going to escalate this and did not. I am still waiting... By the way the parcel had to be picked up from the other address by family and Takealot did not even bother to ask or do anything about it. The product itself was a good product, however I will not be purchasing online from Takealot until they contact me, which might be never...
