Poor Customer Service / going against advertised deal.

With Order #*** I was meant to get my XT60 charging cable as per advert on https://www.takealot.com/ecoflow-100w-flexible-solar-panel/PLID***9

"The solar to XT60 charging cable is included in EcoFlow portable solar panels"

The box is only 4,5cm thick and full of foam, so it is obvious the cable won't come in the box as it cannot fit into it. ( was expecting it in another bag or something )

However, customer care is reluctant to give it to me claiming it's not in the box and escalated more than 24 hours ago to their marketing dept ...

I have not received any reply as of yet and can't use the item urgently purchased for work without it...
