Poor customer service from takealot delivery

When I did payment online the parcel was due for deliver on Friday the 20th October, on Friday when I was tracing my order the delivery date was now 23rd October off which I was never informed. The delivery was even done on that Monday instead I got a call from a rude driver who resd the address wrong, I dont know how takealot would hire people who cant read, the driver started shouting at me. The delivery was then scheduled for the 24th still I got a call from a rude driver.

I am soo over takealot drivers they dont have manners, I havent received my parcel even now.
