Poor customer service from Michris and Takealot

Good day, I bought an Ionic Ultrasonic machine at Takealot (the brand is from Michris) on the 31 November 2021. The machine is no longer charging and I would like some help from Takealot but they cannot help and I am struggling to also get hold of Michris. Though the machine didn't come with a warranty from them but it has a 12 months guarantee certificate with it. I would like for it to be repairs please.
