POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I need Takealot to rectify a malfunctioning voucher code - I've been requesting this for over a year now and they still can't get to the bottom of this. These vouchers were purchased for employees as Xmas presents and the employee cannot use the voucher. The chasing and follow-up's that I've done to get this sorted is ridiculous. Really bad service and poor customer service.
