Poor customer service

I have been waiting for my order frim friday 1st called the call centre after 4 to be told the driver is in epping n coming to me next, waited forever no one called or pitched and sat when I enquired only then it was rescheduled for monday as apparently no driver work weekends, today didnt get any communication of the order being out had to call n be sent an sms stating its scheduled to be delivered today now its almost 3 still no update of it out for delivery, as you can see those are a new born things, tomorrow im going to the clinic wont be home so will accept the order and afternoon im travelling to the EC this is such a mess and inconvenience its really annoying to say the least…
