poor Customer service

takealot customer service is a shame. I've been their client for some time and this time turned south

I ordered a bicycle for my son.

only to find out there were missing parts while assembling. 1. Rear Brakes 2. Seat post

I asked them to send the missing parts.

since I can't return the bicycle because I've already forwaded to my son and he is in another province with grandmom.

The person was handling my issue told me that they can't assist. they only have one option.

I so wish they can do better when it comes to customer service.
