Poor customer service due to lack of communication

Guys, please, l need responses on my messages sent via Messenger. I have placed an order for my son's birthday gift and the item isn't on your site anymore indicating stock issues. I need that order wither confirmes or refunded so that l can buy him something else. 2ndly l orderes a cell phone and an almost R6000 order the only atuff that got delivered is a cover for the phone and a protector. Where the hell is the ohone!
