Poor customer service

About 2 weeks ago I ordered a product. When I received it, the size was incorrect. I then logged a return and dropped it off at the same pick up point. The return was processed and I requested a credit to my takealot account. 2 weeks later, I still have not received the credit to my takealot account. I have tried calling them, but their call centre does not answer. Ive emailed several times, robotic responses. Ive never received this service from them before, seems like they've dropped the ball. I'd suggest using other online stores that actually care about customer service
