Poor Customer Service

I have a device return which was concluded on the 31st of May 2025 which to this day I haven't received my device or a refund. When I call I am thrown from pillar to post. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever when is comes to after sales support. I am very disappointed at the level of service I am getting.
