Poor customer service

I recently purchased folding trestle tables along with tablecloths from Takealot. A week later, I received a notification that the order for the tables had been cancelled by Takealot without any explanation. The amount for the tables was refunded.

Following this, I cancelled the order for the tablecloths, as they would be of no use without the tables. However, I have still not received the refund for the portion of the order that I cancelled myself. Each time I contact Takealot via email, I receive an automated response stating that my query has been resolved, followed by another email indicating that my refund has been declined.

I am extremely frustrated at this point. The customer service has been very inefficient, and it is difficult to resolve the matter as Takealot does not provide a customer service contact number for enquiries.
