Poor customer service

A friend of mine bought me a baby chair that is 5in one,I didn't open it immediately because I didn't see the point also I was not goner open something that I won't be using,so as time goes by I open the gift them puts things together they were missing items then my friend log a return they took back then they didn't add the missing items they final say is she return the baby chair late hybooo what a poor service how was she supposed to do open the gift even though she didn't think they are missing item insinde
