Poor Customer service

I have an item that is still under warranty and has started giving issues. There is no clear assistance or way to log this item for a return as it no longer shows listed on their website. Absolutely poor planning on their side as there is no way to reach out to anyone for assistance as the Customer Service chat doesn't work at all.
