Poor customer service

Hi

I would like to know if takealot customer service calls are being recorded and is there someone listening in on them. I called 3 times from my land and 3 times from my cell after the agents obtain your tracking number they drop the call . After the 6th attempt I got through to someone that I thought was going to help however was so unwilling to help and extremely rude and spoke in over me and eventually dropped the call. Are you not training your customer ?
