POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE by Takealot

Update on incorrect product delivered by Takealot. They said I can have a refund but they will not refund the R75 delivery charge that I paid when THEY DID NOT deliver what I paid for. so why should I hae to pay for an incorrect delivery, I will never buy from them again
