Poor Customer Service

On the 27th March 2023 I've purchased a Carrol ***es Black Sketch Platter Rectangle Set of 2 via Takealot.com. I was sent an email confirming my order that stated the delivery date will be the 6th of April. On the 4th I went onto their website to track my order I find that my order has been cancelled reason begin "Fail Delivery" because I was unavailable. Which puzzles me because I was available I didn't receive any call from Takealot stuff or any email that they were at my place to deliver and I wasn't available? Only receiving a mail after I've logged onto their website to track my order at 10pm. I'm very disappointed on the poor customer services delivered by Takealot.com and now it's becoming a norm.
