Poor Customer Service and Unreliable

Ordered a keyboard, they delivered the wrong one. Much cheaper version too. Asked for the right item to be shipped only to find out that the are out of stock. Now struggling to get a refund while sitting without a keyboard. Very difficult call centre, managers hide behind call centre staff so there is no one that can actually make decisions. You just get the standard company response. Very frustrating. Won’t be using them anymore, there are more reliable and accessible retailers.
