Poor customer service and stock management

Inconvenient and no proper stock management. I have placed an order for a feeding chair on another website only to find out it was cheaper on takealot. I have purchased my order on takealot and cancelled my other other for which I paid a penalty for cancellation. Takealot has given me a completely different item from the one I ordered. A bath seat instead of a feeding chair. The agent tells me I cannot exchange it for the product I ordered because it's not the same type of item . Now the product is out of stock. This is utterly poor customer service
