Poor customer service and service delivery from Takealot

I have order a pair of crocs from their website as a Christmas gift for a family, unfortunately at first the size I selected was incorrect. However, I have request to exchange the product and I received the incorrect colour and size and I had to log another return. Takelot kept sending the conpletely wrong product than what i order each time. When I laid a complaint directly to them and their staff just gave me steps on how to log another return. In expressing my frustration they have not assisted in giving a solution on this can be correctly resloved. Their customer service and service delivery is hoing down the drain.
