Poor customer service and poor communication.

Absolutely unacceptable service. My order was cancelled despite payment being made and cleared on the same day. No attempt was made to contact me, verify the payment, or request proof of payment before cancelling.

This shows a complete lack of customer care and poor internal processes. Customers should not be penalized for system errors or failures in communication.

I am extremely frustrated and expect both an explanation and immediate corrective action.
