Poor customer service and Online shopping experience.

Placed and PAID order on 31 March and still have not received it. I called the customerS a week ago, asking when I can receive everything I ordered? They could not tell me. Offering to send me 2 of the 3, in the mean is not good enough for my purpose. Having one of the products out of stock and chasing your sources, is not my problem. Making me chase up every time for feedback (AGAIN today) is un-acceptable. Extending the waiting period so many times in a row and just after speaking to you is un-acceptable.
