Poor customer service and no communication

I purchased 3 items together and only received 2 after I've paid for 3. I reported the incident and till today no feedback. This is thievery and for a company of that magnitude should have a very effective customer service team, They are taking consumers for granted and will lose a lot of customers due to negligence. I am one of the customer they've ****** and lost
