Poor Customer Service and Lies from takealot

Ordered a USB Blender off of takealot 2 weeks ago, which had an immediate fault as a charger does not fit into the charging port on the blender as well as the colour varying from the pictures displayed. I then decided to return it. After which takealot stated we didn’t add all the accessories when the only accessory was the charger WHICH we put into the box when we gave it to the driver. We have now waited TWO weeks to find out whether our return was accepted. When they state THREE days. They now claim we dropped and cracked the blender, when we only had it in our possession for 1-3 days, and we did NOT drop it. We returned it as we bought it. With a major crack and scratched as if it were dropped out of the delivery vehicle while also losing the charger we PACKED. Not only that, when we locked our return on the SAME day, the product was suddenly “Unavailable”, but strange??? Poor customer service and failure to tell the truth. Extremely disappointed with takealot.
