Poor customer service and lack or competency
Shocking and poor levels of service and competency. Items ordered and paid for on the 3rd June but cannot be shipped, apparently there is an out of stock situation. If only stock items that are out of stock, can be flagged when customers are placing orders, it would help a great deal. All I get are emails with promises and lies. I'm even told that I can cancel my order. Shocking. People I've been in contact with are: Nombulelo Ntsepe, Xola Zonke, Liziwe M

17 Jun 2020, 22:43 Now Imran Govender is trying to assist but I'm still not pleased with this businesses blase attitude and then not addressing the elephant in the room..i.e.their poor customer relationship management and lack of updating their systems with out of stock items. They still can't give me a definite answer on when I will receive my order.

Order placed on 03rd June.
