Poor customer service and experience.

Ordered a coffee matchine online. Paid extra to have it delivered on Saturday (yesterday).

Still not shipped, not delivered and no response to my enquiry mail. No call no information.

In my line of business if this is the customer service and experience which I offer I will face disciplinary action.
