Poor customer service and dishonest sellers.

I purchased a cycling jersey from takealot. The jersey arrived, I tried it on (without removing any labels, etc - as any sane person would do), and immediately took it off and put it back in the original box with the original plastic and label still attached as it was clearly too small. I logged a return, the return was subsequently denied for refund due to the item "not containing all original packaging/tags/etc".

The only explanation here is either the seller is dishonest by removing the tag and falsely accusing me of removing the tag, or someone from Takealot removed it, as I am 150% sure and truthful in the fact that I did not remove any tags from the shirt.

I then queried with takealot for more info of what exactly is missing and they never even responded to that and closed the case. Now I have cycling jersey I can do nothing with as it's too small.
