Poor customer service and delivery

<p>I was promised delivery by Friday 13, Jan 2017 and as of today Sunday. Still no delivery of the parcel.</p> <p> </p> <p>i contacted them and the service has been terrible and no one can tell me where my parcel even is ??? </p>
