poor customer service and communication

Ordered a key board for my son. He was looking forward to receiving it .Takealot missed the delivery date.I also received mail from takelot stating that my delivery will be delayed due to HUB issues. When I sent a mail to enquire , the following day I receive a mail stating that my order is cancelled. No reasons were given .Its disappointing and terrible customer service
