POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS

They have a very poor customer service even after I wrote my complaint to them, they did not bother to respond. Anyway, I guess they feel that I am not important to them because they have other customers who are using them. For them loosing me is nothing.
