POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE

Their website is very narrow minded, I accidentally enter the wrong delivery address and I wish my order to be delivered the next day but unfortunately the poor website dont allow you to make any changes, and their Help Centre is a joke, they keep on sending same email info again and again. It is my money and I am a human and human do make errors, are you so perfect????
