Poor Customer service and a *******

I am over Takealot not wanting to help the customer, I bought my husband a JVC 10.1 Tablet when we opened it, the touch screen was not working. Not only do they not want to replace the same tablet due to their suppliers being changed but they want me to spend the money with them again? What are they smoking. Takealot never takes responsibility for their mistakes it is always some one else's fault.
