Poor customer service!

I have placed an order under order number ***2. It specifically states that they must deliver at Building 3 at clientele. No one has come to deliver at building 3 since the receptionist is always there. It is such a disgusting poor service! They even have the audacity to say I was not there when I am always at building 3. They can't even provide the driver number to state when was he at building 3! Disgusting and unprofessional service! Sies!
