Poor customer service

Takealot is so aware of their inefficiency that it is impossible to speak to a customer care team. I have used their services for years but each time knowing it’s a gamble. I know they use multiple suppliers hence quality is never guaranteed. Delivery can also be a painful experience, with drivers blaming customers for their incompetence.
