Poor Customer Service

Totally unaccepted!!!! Received a massage and an update on the App that my parcel would be delivered by 5pm. No contact was made with me to manage expectations that the driver would be late. I have used my work address and we are closed now. They refused to provide contact of the driver to get an estimated time of arrival and the consultant is telling me they can't do anything to help or provide the drivers details. I have hired a transport for my goods and now He needs to be paid again to collect from my work to house. What type of service is this???????????
