Poor customer service

I received a 2nd hand damaged product, the screen was scratched (top and bottom) and it was not covered with a protective seel. The watch was dirty, there was a white dry clear stain on the back seal and white stains on the right hand winder. The box was damaged, it was torn and covered with clear sellotape on the back left to prevent the box from tearing further, the right side was also torn, there's also evidence of several stickers that was removed from the box, there was also no instruction manual inside the box.

I've emailed takealots returns department the same day to advise them of my dilemma, my funds was refunded 3 days later but nobody of the organization had the decency to apologize for the inconvenience, I had to make contact and notify them of their poor customer service.

Takealot was not only negligent in providing a new product but negligent in apologizing for their inconvenience.

Takelots vision is to save customers time and money but in my experience my time and money was wasted.
