Poor customer service.

Takealot use to be my go to, however you have lost another customer due to your poor services. My order has been placed on 6 April 2025 it was out for delivery the 15th April 2025. No one contacted me untill I contacted you to query why it's not delivered yet I got an email to say the courier can't find my address, I gave my address and send a link from maps with my location as requested from your service consultants. I was advised the query will be escalated it's been 7 days and I still did not get feedback! I logged another query get told the same thing that my query has been escalated but no one is giving me an update Your poor service made me purchase items on Amazon and it arrived the next day! I want a refund on the money I wasted on this company, the way you treat your loyal customers are disgusting! I want to speak to manager to arrange a refund I am done with takealot, I won't recommend anyone using this company.
