Poor Customer Service

Had an incredibly poor experience with Takealot and was really disappointed because I have been a loyal customer for many years.Recently bought a 4 d ring file from them for my daughter and did not even really look at it, just opened the box and noticed there was lots of dust on it but didn't really worry about taking out and looking at it in detail because by that time, I already knew that I was going to return it because my daughter was changing schools and would no longer require it.I resealed it and sent it back in the very same condition that it was sent to me and lo and behold they received it on their end and told me that they could not take it back due to their terms and conditions with pics attached of what the file looked liked!I'm amazed because they sent it to me in the condition it was in, dusty and full of dirt marks but did not have the time to take pics of it then!Really disappointed and completely unsatisfied with this poor service and will definitely be doing my online shopping elsewhere from now on!
